This Privacy Policy explains how Renavo ("the app", "we", "us") handles your information. By using the app you agree to the practices described here. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
1. Who we are

2. Data we collect
Account information
If you create an account, we use Firebase Authentication (provided by Google) to sign you in with your email address, Apple ID, or Google account. We receive your email address and a unique user identifier. You may also use the app in Guest mode, which does not require an account.
Vehicle and maintenance data you enter
The app is designed to store the information you add — vehicles, service records, fuel logs, expenses, reminders, documents, and photos — locally on your device. This includes any data you choose to enter, such as odometer readings, costs, VIN, plate number, insurance and warranty dates, notes, and attached images or PDFs.
Photos and files
If you attach a vehicle photo or a document, the app copies the file into its private storage on your device using the camera, photo library, or file picker with your permission. These files remain on your device.
Subscriptions
Purchases and subscription status are processed by Apple and managed through RevenueCat, Inc. We do not receive or store your payment card details. RevenueCat processes a pseudonymous purchase identifier to determine whether your subscription is active. Diagnostics
We may collect limited, non-identifying technical information needed to keep the app working (for example, crash and error information through Google/Firebase services). We do not use this to identify you personally.
3. What we do not do
- We do not sell your personal information.
- We do not track you across other companies' apps or websites for advertising.
- We do not show third-party advertising in the app.
4. How your information is used
- To authenticate you and keep you signed in.
- To store and display the vehicle and maintenance records you create.
- To deliver local reminders and notifications you set up.
- To provide and validate subscription features.
- To diagnose crashes and improve reliability.
5. Third-party services
The app uses the following providers, each with its own privacy policy:
- Google Firebase — firebase.google.com/support/privacy
- Google Sign-In — policies.google.com/privacy
- Apple Sign In and App Store — apple.com/legal/privacy
- RevenueCat — revenuecat.com/privacy
6. Data retention and deletion
Data you enter is stored on your device for as long as the app is installed. Deleting the app removes this local data. You can delete your account at any time from Settings → Delete Account. To request deletion of any information associated with your account, contact hilalalhanaei@icloud.com.
7. Children
The app is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your country), and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.
8. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete your personal information. To exercise these, contact hilalalhanaei@icloud.com.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above.
